CKSA managed the startup of this program and provided all aspects of program management and administrative responsibilities for the County of San Mateo with regard to the homes, churches and schools impacted by aircraft noise from San Francisco International Airport. The construction schedules for this project were not affected by unforeseen substandard structural conditions and change orders resulted in the reduction of the original contract amount.
