1 Pilot Program and 6 Project Phases
1994 – 2008

CKSA provided program management and administration for the Port’s Aircraft Sound Insulation Projects. CKSA produced a video to facilitate distribution of program information to the community. This project addressed three separate planned communities, each governed by individual homeowner associations requiring approval of the architectural review committee and the board members. Upon completion of the Pilot Program, CKSA held an open house for the community to tour the sound insulated properties.
