CKSA staffed the Aircraft Noise Soundproofing office at City Hall and worked in conjunction with the City’s Housing Rehabilitation – Economic and Community Development Department. This program was particularly sensitive to the needs of the elderly and disabled participants per ADA Standards for Accessible Design.
