CKSA provides design, administration assistance, and construction management for the City’s residential sound insulation program. The firm acts as community liaison by attending architectural field surveys and by educating the homeowners about the program. C. Kell-Smith & Associates also facilitates homeowner plan reviews and provides translation services for non-English speaking residences.
