CKSA manages this unique program in which homes that are eligible for sound insulation are not in a noise contour that would qualify under FAA eligibility. This project is a result of a settlement agreement between the City of San Leandro and the Port of Oakland. The 200 homes were selected based on a noise-weighted selection criterion. CKSA was instrumental in assisting the City with program branding and develops informational collateral used as a tool for community outreach and town hall meetings.
