2005 – 2008

CKSA provided program management and administration for the state’s first airport sound attenuation treatment program. The Program included single-family residences, each governed by the Department of Hawaiian Home Lands. We oversaw community outreach efforts for the program by conducting public information meetings and a mail campaign. CKSA developed a Program Policies and Procedures Manual. We conducted plan reviews and a pre-bid conference. CKSA acted as the homeowner liaison and scheduled all appointments.
