1 Pilot Program and 3 Project Phases
1996 – 2005

CKSA developed and implemented a comprehensive community outreach program. This program included interactive communication with participating homeowners, the Airport Commission, the Airport Noise Subcommittee and the City Council. CKSA also prepared personalized homeowner information binders that included before and after pictures of the participant’s property, copies of their signed avigation easements and agreements and product warranties with instruction manuals.  CKSA scheduled all work with the property owners and the team, provided program direction, offered advice on FAA guidance and compliance and made further suggestions for alternative methods of program management.  Upon completion of the Pilot Program CKSA arranged an open house for the community to tour the newly sound insulated properties.
